What is the best option for converting my Motobecane Sturgis to an E-Bike?

I have a Sturgis fatbike from Motobecane. It has 4" x 26" tires, has throug-Axle, and currently running 2x10 gears. Is there a good option anywhere out there to convert this to an e-Bike? I use it in the snow, so I would think a front wheel motor would just slip any time I started up hill. If I go with a rear hub motor, the only kits I see would require I switch to a 7 speed freewheel cog, which wouldn't really work with my current shifter? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
