What controller do i need.

I just bought a hub motor off ebay. It is 72v 12000w. The seller said it was from a stealth bomber bike. The battery I'm currently using is 72v 50ah with maximum discharge of 300 amps. The controller I'm using is a fardriver 72450. I don't know if this controller is allowing me to get the full potential of this motor or do I need a bigger controller?

Check the controllers manufacturer for the specs on that particular controller. It should let you know if it's capable of doing what you want to do. If that doesn't do it for you, send the controller manufacturer email asking them how to set your controller up to handle that particular motor.
