What can you tell me about Evelo ebikes?

Are they a good ebike company to look at? You they really have a local serving network? How their customer service after the sale?
Is it a well-made bike? Which model do you have? and how do you like it? Pro's and con's please? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

I have the original 2018 Galaxy TT. Overall performance has been strong. Customer service consistant. My only concern this model was a bit heavy and clunky. Passed the 20,000 mile mark. Evelo is a good bike company. Just wish bikes were more cutting edge in design.
