It looks like @Anton might have to create a new ebike category on the forum down the road.

This is actually a pretty cool concept. We’ve all done those pedal boats in the past, and most can agree that they get pretty tiring with relatively little progress in the water. Why not soup it up with power?

It sounds like this is still in development/Beta mode, but I like the design concept, and given that I live near the water, if this comes to fruition, maybe I’ll eventually have two “ebikes.”

It was just last month that we heard about Envo's Flex Snowbike, which lets users pedal across the powder. Well, the Canadian company hasn't forgotten about summer sports, as it's also working on an electric-assist catamaran.
