Vtuvia ebike problem stops every time I ride

My vtuvia leaves me stranded every time I ride this ebike. Battery shows 3 lights. Must be the computer.
I have 295 miles on the ebike. I bought it and it was delivered on January 28. 2021.
I am a 75 year old man and I need to get groceries.

Sorry to hear about your problem. Looks like you're in luck though, Vtuvia has a 1 year warranty on the electrical system. They will even pay for the return postage if it is a problem with the ebike. See more details here and get into contact with them as soon as possible.

Hi Kelly - we are a bike shop and a customer brough in their Vituvia V-SF20 yesterday that has the same problem with the motor shutting down. were you able to contact them and get a price for a new computer?
