Hey, for the first time in my life I bought an electric bike with a panasonic gx ultimate motor. However, I have a problem, when the motor assist is on, when I pedal I feel vibrations under my feet, on the pedals. When I switch the power steering to OFF mode the vibration goes away. This would indicate an engine problem but is it definitely motor? Maybe there is a simpler solution? Overall the engine runs fine, has plenty of power and I don't see any problems. I ask because I don't know what to do. I can return the bike to the store however again I would be left without it for another month, I like the bike very much and would prefer to avoid this.
