my brake failed. they put the wrong adapter on the front brake.

well, what's the plan now?

Well I replaced the adapter with the correct one. So the bike is now braking correctly. I also replaced the brakes with shimanos as the ones on the bike had a non standard pad. Only two things I still want to replace is the front shock, it has no damping and the tires (sidewalls to soft).
