Hello from Canada's West Coast AKA Hawaii of the North where we can ride in reasonable comfort for 10 months out of the year. We have a pretty active recumbent trike scene here with many older riders taking part in tours as well as younger off road maniacs. We get together for Group Rides, BBQ's & sometimes just for the hell of it. If you are interested in recumbent trikes, touring or joining one of our rides, we will make you feel very welcome. -

Keep in mind that Vancouver Island is far different to the city of Vancouver although I am sure the riding in & around there is good as well.

Here, we only have 6 months' worth of riding in reasonable comfort.
 
I need to get a passport/ WA. drivers license. Victoria is a short ferry ride away. Haven't been there since being
required to have one to return to the U.S. It's a big pain; don't know why my current license & assorted cards aren't
enuff proof I'm me.
