Under saddle cube battery or downtube?

I’m deciding between one of those mini cube batteries that fit in a saddle bag under the seat or a downtube battery. Both are 10ah with Samsung cells. Is one better than the other? Would placemaent make that much difference? Thoughts??

Lower is better for bike handling.

Get the one that will give you the lowest center of gravity. Also consider horizontal center of gravity.
