If criminals are using them to get away, I'm fine with them getting hit too! Laws that aren't enforced aren't really laws.
Word will get around pretty quickly.
Here's another video; very satisfying. If only they were tough on other types of crime as well. (such as bike theft)

With illegal dirt bikes on city streets ignoring all laws AND People who block streets and freeways, Getting run over is the BEST way to end these crimes.
