TSDZ2: 48 vs 52 volts?

Somewhere along the line, I got the idea that the TSDZ2 I recently ordered was good with 52 volts.

But then I read that using a 52v battery constituses "Overvolting" and has the potential to cook the controller.

Then sonebody said to flash the OSD firmware and all would be well.

But that does not compute for me because the voltage limit would seem to be in the controller's hardware.

Can somebody straighten me out?

No, cooking the controller? It's all about amp load, heat, and voltage. Let's see the spec. cant believe they would build a burnout.
