Trouble getting a response to an email to Big Game Bikes

Anybody else having trouble getting a real response from Big Game Bikes, other than an automated answer saying that they'll get back to you someday?

I bought one of Big Game Bike's 35 amp controllers for my RadRunner. The installation was going great until I got to the final connection to the motor. The BGB motor connector would not fully engage, but the original Rad connector still would. So I mailed the BGB controller and display back to BGB two weeks ago. I was informed by the USPS that the package had been delivered a couple of days later. Now when I inquire about the progress on evaluating the faulty connector, all I get is the automated reply.

Oh, bummer. Did you have to send it back to the UK?
I would stay on them by email. Some places have a phone number, but don't use it.
