Tried to get a pro rated refund from AllTrails

Newbies be warned - I jumped the gun at an app that would follow me real time on the trails and selected AllTrails - less than impressive

Wanted to move to a Strava app and attempted to get a pro-rated refund from AllTrails but was denied

Be careful if you choose a GPS trail app as you may be stuck with it

I'll stick with my senses and if I think I may really go somewhere that I might not find my way out of I might and that's only might take a compass. I have managed to get around for 50 years with the sun stars and common sense!

Something I don't know if others can do or not that may give me a little edge is I always seem to feel what direction I'm going.
 
I had to do that to a lawyer recently. They offered to make some kind of a deal with me and refund some of my money. I let them keep the money and left the negative review up. They gave zero response to my phone calls and emails, just kept billing me. Then, I left a review and suddenly they're interested? Crap company and everyone should know it. They didn't have hundreds of reviews, either, only one or two others, so one terrible review out of 3 total is going to hurt them a lot more than refunding me.

Basically, I asked them to withdraw, as they were draining me dry. They said OK and ran up another $2300 in fees to withdraw.
