Trek Rail kiosk question

Anyone familiar with the Trek Rail 9.8 and what heart rate monitors work with the kiosk? I have a Garmin hr monitor but it won't pair up. It's a 2021 Rail.

I use a Polar And it works fine.
I read some where that the monitor can’t be paired with anything else or it will not work but my polar shows both on my farming phoenix and the kiox
