I have an older Trek Navigator 2.0 I'm guessing 2010, 2011. Not sure, My question is I am considering converting it. and I'm looking at the 750w BBS02 or the 1000w BBSHD. Is there a torque issue with the aluminum frame if using the BBSHD? Also, has anyone done a conversion on this model?

I think I would stick with a BBS02 motor it would provide more than adequate power for most use. Just be sure to use the gearing the bike provides to your advantage keeping the stress levels low on the drivetrain and frame.

The combination you are contemplating will make a great eBike.
