Seems like if it's not going to fold nor have any suspension at all, they may as well have used bigger wheels.

HumanPerson: That's a "full chain case" and they're popular in The Netherlands. Ladies don't appreciate having chain grease on their skirts. ;-)

I like that the front fender goes down far enough to keep pants clean, too.
