Swagtron EB-7 help

I picked up an EB-7 pretty cheap with a cut cable at the hub axle. I pulled it apart, removed the old cable, ran what was left of the cable into the hub, and soldered the connections back.

I can get it to run for a few seconds but with no power, then get an E24.

I'm going to pull the hub back apart and check my solder connections. Does anyone have any experience with what else might cause the E24? Are there any of those hub connections that I can bypass or anything?

Well, it could also be a cracked circuit board or even broken wires some where along the wiring .. make sense?
If those wires were frayed they were prolly pulled at some point or another, i'd think.

Ya might have to dig deeper into the hub to see what else has been altered.

Keep in mind that while the cable was being cut, it could have created a short which "harmed" the controller.

From what I can tell one of the hall sensors is bad. No resistance between the yellow wire and the black.

That's a start. hopefully that's all it is
