Hello, I just got my aventon aventure1 2 months ago and I had the suspension on lock, I unlocked it and went to set the preload and the entire setting knob just spins,so my bikes suspension is basically not working,has anyone had this problem and know how to correct it without calling aventon, Thankyou.

I would contact the seller right way and get warranty replacement fork.
