Just received my e-bike Hummer Pro looked good at first glance until I went to tight the handle bar (stem) quick release after tightening the handle with the allan key the stem was still loose so I reverse the process and notice tiny metal piece from the mechanisme fell off.. I contacted TESGO apparently the parts department are supposed to send me the pieces but don’t have a clue when? Does anyone ever use their after sale services? Thanks for your input
