Stealth bomber clone throttle/electrical issue

Looks like 3 wire throttle. Black, White, Red. Usually red 5v+, Black - negative, white is signal.

This looks like a power converter to run the lights. Looks like a good one too.

Sounds really dangerous. I don't have any specific knowledge because this bike sounds like a clone. You can check the throttle, but it sounds like the controller might be bad.

I have power going to controller but no throttle,not sure what the yellow wire is for either ,blue and white always jus lay ther but yellow got me puzzled
