Spine cracker! Tesgo Enterprise

Am I the only one who's unhappy he bought a Tesgo Enterprise ebike? The ride is spine jarring! No suspension in the rear of the frame, no spring in the saddle, and because the battery IS the seatpost, there's no way to add a suspension post either! It's almost as if they set out to create an uncomfortable ride. I feel every bump, rock, asphalt seam, etc.. For a senior citizen with minor aches and pains, this is no fun at all. I added the softest, spring cushioned seat I could find, but it's a poor fix for an engineering mistake. Any other suggestions out there? (customer support offered nothing but sympathy)

Got one already. It helps some, but as I said, doesn't really make up for bad engineering.
