Speed limiter or new control and display?

Hi, Do I need a new controller and display if I wish to go faster? currently it cuts out at 15 mph .So not sure if I need a new controller and display , anyone recommend what would be appropriate there's so many different types on eBay it has a 250w banfang front hub.

Coupled with a DPC-18 display you should be able to tweak some settings.

Thanks looks interesting however my hub has a 6 pin not 9
