I don’t seem to have a warranty certificate with my 2021 specialized turbo Como. Did they give you a warranty certificate when you bought your bike?

Doesn’t matter , bike co went broke with horrible customer service in 6 mos.
Just my luck., got stuck with the Junk e trike

Warranty service with Specialized is a PITA. First, dealers that sell Specialized bikes may or may not be Specialized dealers, so the first problem is finding a Specialized dealer who does service work. Second, before a dealer will do any work, you have to provide proof of purchase, which means a copy of the sales receipt. The Specialized app that shows the serial #, date of purchase and registration to you for your $3,500+ bike is not good enough for Specialized. You have to produce a sales receipt. Best practice is to take picture of the receipt and keep it on your phone, 'cause without it, you can't get any work done. Third, wait in a que for service/diagnostics, then wait again, even longer, for parts to be shipped from Specialized.

I bought a 2nd hand 2011 specialised sport edition step thru on market place for £60, hardley used. The guy gave me a copy of the warranty, now long expired, just as proof it wasn’t nicked so they obviously came with warranties.
I bought it to put a 250w e-bike kit on it and it’s all up weight is only 24kg
