Seems the first cell (of 16) gets more of the charge than the others...BMS or Cell ?

I have a 16S LiFePO4 battery pack where it seems the first cell in the series (connected to the Positive Leads) slowly gets out of balance and has a higher charge state than all the other cells.

I tested the capacity of that cell individually and it seems inline with the others when tested individually.

Would this most likely be related to the cell itself or the BMS (assuming no soldering or wire issues).

Common issue, usually related to the BMS, but generally cell 1 is gradually Drained, as opposed to over charged. LiFe has different characteristics from most other Li-ion.
