I use this one and think it's worth it. It's not a ride like a Cadillac, but it smooths out a lot. It's important to use the right sized elastomer. If you use too light of a weight, it will cause the saddle to sag downwards when you sit on it. It makes you lower and further back in that situation. I'm 210 lbs and use the firm elastomer.

I got the Suntour NCX seat post. Around $100 on Amazon IIRC.

I use Redshift devices for stem and seat. I don't use a stem shock where the fork does the job.
