Running a Bafang BBS02B 48V 750W on a bottle battery?

Hi,
Has anybody combined a BBS02b 48V 750W with a bottle battery such as this one:

The downside would be the limited range. But since the bottle batteries are so small, why not buy two and bring one along as a backup!

You could also blend them. Get a double water bottle holder for behind your seat and two 7amp hr bottles with a battery blender and have a very stealthy 14 amp hr battery. OK, now I want one.
