OK I finally got around to installing my second battery on my rear rack. I also have a plug-and-play 52X x 17.5Ah battery to replace the stock Himiway Cruiser 48V x 17.5Ah battery.
The rectangular battery I mounted on the rear rack is a 52v x 20Ah battery from AliExpress.
I also found a very nice fitting bag from AliExpress for the rectangular battery. It fits perfect and has an outlet for the cable.
I bought the Fusion Battery blender system with the cables from Ibrahim Suleyman who has an eBay store and also sells eBike stuff on FaceBook.
I wanted to do a nice clean installation because I’ve seen some other battery blender installations other guys have done and they made a real mess.
So far I’ve only put 30 kms on this system today but everything seems to work really well.

Looks sharp, nice job.

I've run a few tests of the Fusion Battery Blender with my dual battery setup. The system runs very reliably with no issues. I was pedaling using PAS-3 most of the time and terrain was variable, probably 1/3 flat, 1/3 slight downhill and 1/3 slight uphill and with a few hills I needed to use lower gears and/or a higher PAS. I went 195.7 kms (121.6 miles), and I was down to 10% on my batteries. It was also starting to get harder to pedal. FYI, I weigh 200 lbs and with the extra battery, my Kryptonite lock and a few other accessories I believe my Cruiser weighs over 90 lbs easy, maybe more. So for being a large, heavy fat tire tank sort of an eBike, I guess it's realistic. Some day I'll actually weigh it....lol. Personally in the future I think I'll try to stick to a practical cut-off around 13-15% minimum on the batteries or 185-190 kms (115-118 miles). This was an honest real world no BS range test. I've seen other claims where guys say they've been able to get much better mileage than even Himiway's claims, which I believe are exaggerated. I don't know, they report what they got however they got it and I'm reporting what I got.
