Got it! Roll Road responded to my email. Haven't tried it yet. It's dark and raining here in Minneapolis at 6am.

Got an email back from RollRoad telling me that the instructions for unlocking were on Youtube. Imagine that! I didn't! My old brain had stopped functioning while I was on a vacation since January. It's rebooting now.
Did the unlocking and now the bike does an honest 30mph on a flat road with no head wind. But not the 35mph as advertised. I'll try some more unlocking.

ok so take a look at the tire size try to lower that slowly then see if you get a couple mph out of it.

I just got mine- this is my third Emma- I own 2- 2.0 and now a 3.0. Great bikes, heavy duty. Great speed but 2.0's max out at 30 and 3.0 like 34mph. Unfortunately, 3.0 only has a 28a controller for a 1500w Sutto motor and 2- 52v20ah batteries which does not allow for the full power of the motor. This could easily get to 40+. My girlfriend and I go on it every weekend ( 450lbs weight limit) and cruise the town and hit up some shops and restaurants. For $2000, it's worth it.

Mine hit 42.7 downhill yesterday. She goes! Unfortunately, I want faster...lol
