Rear suspension is a bit hard for me. How to soften it? Is it hard?

Hi there, in the manual is states "Soft and hard Adjustable Lockout & Hydraulic Suspension".

Therefore, you should see a preload setting which is usually a little knob with a (+) and minus (-) symbol on it. Turn it towards the minus symbol for softer suspension.

This is the most basic option without changing the PSI levels inside the shocks.

For adjusting the rear shocks, you'll need either one of these tools

Then turn this notched ring anti-clockwise

I see it has coil shocks, I was talking about air shocks
