Rocky Mountain Altitude Powerplay won’t turn on

I went for a ride today everything was running fine, I got home and charged the battery and now the IWOC remote won’t turn on - any suggestions would be really helpful

You've removed and re-seated the battery?
BT is connected and paired?

I'm not overly familiar with that system but those are common to any electronic troubleshooting.

The battery charges in the bike, it’s not easily removed unless you take the motor off and I don’t have it paired to my phone
