Didn't see any previous discussion and hope this is not a duplicate...

I have a Rad Rover 6 plus that recently developed a brake leak at the from brake lever (front brake). The brake is made by Nutt and there are a lot of posts on the Rad Site about the poor quality of Nutt... So I am looking to change out the brakes front and back. My question is since these brakes have a switch to cut the electric motor when braking, what is the recommended brake to swap out to. Is there another brake manufacture to avoid? Thanks in advance.

I only have limited experience with E-bikes and their brakes. But the DYIsland brakes on my bike are perfect in my opinion. They have the cut off switch like you mentioned. So you may want to check them out.

First figure out if your brake levers are three pin or two pin. Just unplug one of your levers and look. After that there are lots of cheap available options on Amazon. You should probably match your rotor sizes as well to avoid issues.
So the 3 pin is the reverse polarity I read about on another forum? Are all calibers mounted with the same bolt pattern? Looking at the Island you shared... Also have a recommendation for the TekTro 3520

I don't know about reverse polarity as my bike is two pin. The DYIland calipers use a nonstandard bolt spacing of 84mm. Others use 75mm spacing which is the standard. Either set comes with the correct adapters to fit the standard mount types on your bike.
