Replacement display for Cannondale Mavaro

Oh dear, your short must be over riding the brake cutoffs, I think. The stats said you have tektro hydraulic brakes. Is there anything going into the brake levers other than the hydraulic line? You should have brake cutoffs even just for pedal assist.

They are Shimano levers and calipers with Tektro discs. Only one line going in

I can't believe they wouldn't give you cut offs. Maybe it's somehow wired through the display. The only people that seem serious about Cannondale is Westbrookcycle. They have an online store and a brick and mortar. They are just south of Stokesley in the UK. I bet they could get the new display and "booster lever". It would be fun to take the old one apart. If you could tap into power and ground you could put a 12v on-off switch on it. Until then I guess you're back to unplugging it and if that doesn't work either, then we need to find your bike an exorcist. Keep us informed as to what happens.
