Replacement battery older EG Vienna 250

I have an older EG Vienna 250 from around 2016 and I lost the battery. The company hasn’t been much help, saying they might have a new battery to sell me in like 6 months. They also weren’t to interested in giving me any info on the type or model number of the replacement battery saying that lithium batteries are dangerous and they couldn’t recommend that I get one from anyone but them. So, I was wondering if anyone has any info about the battery I need? It is a rectangular shape with only 2 flat pins that make contact with the bike wiring. Thanks
