Regeneration on Direct Drive ebike Hubs

I always wanted to get regen working on one of my Direct Drive hub ebikes. My trike has it only because it was turned on in a new controller that I installed. It slows the trike down nicely without any wear on the pads. Just for some useless information I used up 9.5 amp/hours of the battery the other day and the regen put back .03. So it really won't increase your range in a practical sense.

In my expereince I get back around 3-4% of my expended power using regen.

Ah yeah nice, I'm in Florida and it's pretty flat here. I do a lot of coasting but very little braking.
