Rear hub wheel rattle

I have a Voilamart rear hub motor installed on my bike. Even when the system is turned off I hear a rattle or clanking sound when I roll the bike. I'm not sure what is making this sound. I suspect it is loose spokes. Has anyone else experienced this?

I think may be bearings mine doing it too and older motor
