Hi everyone! This is my first dip into the world of Ebikes. I need one for commuting since I'm still working on getting my driver's license. A friend of mine had a Rattan FatBear Plus from 2019 sitting on his porch rotting, so he gave it to me. It needs A LOT of work, not the least of which is a new battery, charger, and replacement rear tire. I can find the LCD M5 screen pretty easily (I think), as well as the throttle control and the Hall Effect sensor for the pedals, but I haven't seen replacement parts for the brakes or a drop-in for the battery. I need to see if I can find someone who has the bike, or who has the specs of the battery so I can either find a replacement or attempt (for the first time XD) to build my own. Anyone have any suggestions?
