Hi everyone.

The shop that serviced my bike ripped the bottom bracket sensor cable completely with no hope of repairing.

I got no reply from the support so far and I am looking for possible alternatives. On Ali I found some models but none of them is 100% match.

The one that is in my bike is 165mm has a flat 6 pin cable

This one looks correct but have a 5 pin cable and the 83/160 dimensions: https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/1005006755079520.html

The other one has 6 pin and correct 83/165 dimensions but the cable is from the side and the claw is strange: https://pt.aliexpress.com/item/33030138390.html

Anyone knows what actual sensor is used in RadCity 5 Plus and if it can be ordered online?

Kind regards.

They broke it in the first place and don't know how to fix it. I will try other bike shops, but I will be paying there as well even if I am lucky and they know what to do. Unfortunately I am in a stuck position here, so I might as well look for alternative options.

When you do get it fixed remember small claims court. Document names and times and costs.

There was a post on facebook (Radpb Upgrades Europe) that a couple of people recently ordered a bb torque sensor from the EU Rad support. I am currently doing same as the wire broke off in a similar fashion and am currently waiting for a response from the EU Support desk. It can take weeks to hear back from them, but the posters reported receiving the part a week after they ordered.

I tried the 35A controller and a new PAS but I got "Throttle Fault" flashing on the display. This is because because of a mismatch with the the six-pins of the TS connector into the bottom of the harness. The PAS models have a different wiring harness with a 3-pin connector to match the three pins of the PAS sensor.
