Rad Mini - Rad Power support in Scotland?

I live in Glasgow and am considering a RAD Mini purchase. I am 60 years six foot and 95 kg. Does anyone in Scotland have such a bike and would they recommend and discuss suitability for local support etc.

I would be looking for a mid-drive ebike in bonnie Scotland to help you climb the hills.
-I don't know about brands there. I think RAD is an American company. You would likely get better service from an ebike company in the UK or on the continent.
