Question about my bike

Greetings I'm new owner of a ebike Cube Supreme Hybrid EXC 625

I going to use it for home-work one way 14km
My weight is 115kg and now i have a concern
Max load is 140kg and with my self bicycle and bags It will be around 150kg wil this be a big problem

No the weight rating is for rider and bags etc not the bike itself.

You are likely fine. This should leave you an extra 25kg( or ~ 50lbs) for bags/clothes which should be sufficient for an everyday commute.
I also feel like the bike can handle a bit more weight and the manufacturer is just being cautious to avoid potential liability and warranty cases.

I wouldn't worry.

A lift with a capacity of 320 kg (4 persons) will not fall if one of the persons weighs 100 kg*.

Serious companies always apply a (large) safety margin: an 80 kg person jumping on gravel is much more demanding than a 140 kg person going to work on a road, also for warranty reasons.

* In fact, a lift usually has a 400% safety margin. So even if EVERY person on board weighs 320 kg, it shouldn't fail, although I wouldn't dare try it...
