problem with charging battery

hi,
when i connect my charger to the battery, the charger light get red,for 5 seconds.
than on the battery, the led get red, the first 3 low, the fourth led bright normal.
after that, the led on battery shut down, and led on charger get green and stopped chaching, battery still stay empty.
its cortina 36 v battery.
Who give me the best helping advise ?

already try reset, with pushing button 20 sec ,and than again 5 sec, but still not work.

It sounds like your battery may be displaying an error code. What does the manual say about this in the Troubleshooting section? If you don't have the manual, can you find it online?
