Everything about this bike appears to be proprietary. They don't even list their manuals to open internet sites. There are some files on Dropbox but I couldn't open them. They seem very full of themselves. You have a Bosch midrive with a torque sensor which in itself is very proprietary. The controller for it is in the motor. Unless they upgrade their own throttle there is not much you can do. Did they give you basic settings instructions? I couldn't find any.
