I am trying to sort a Powabyke intermittent runner out, have checked all plugs and actually soldered two joints to bypass the bad plugs but I am wondering if the controler is at fault but is it a brushed or brushless?
The bike is a shopper and about 6 or so years old. there are only two connections to the wheel so I am thinking it's brushed but when I removed the hub casing there was another unit inside that was the motor (1/2 the width of hub) and a gear box/ drive relay (all in one total casing) but I could not see any external brush mounts. Any thoughts?
