Possible to keep this battery on the "on" position without key?

Wondering if anyone knows if there is like a little button or something on this battery where you can keep the battery engaged without the need of the key.

Basically I am wondering because I want to add a voltage display with key lock on my handlebars instead of needing to reach under the bike to put a key in.
