I got so freakin' furiously angry when I had my new Zeegr S1 and I am completely disappointed with this floppy expensive giant junk, at this point I don't even want to call it an e-bike.

The LCD shows an error with the code number 02 and E01-00 on the bottom of the LCD panel and the motor does not work when twisting the throttle. Any PAS mode does not work. The speedometer on the LCD shows 0 mph even though I ride with PAS 0. No response from customer service (this is the most annoying point). They are nuts.

Some may think that I can just return this item, but I need this bike for my commuting for the upcoming semester, which starts in a week. I don't think I can get a replacement within a week, so I am trying to fix this issue by myself with furious anger. Does anyone know this issue with you? Attached is a picture of the error code.

A 02 error is a brake sensor error. Either you are actuating the brake lever, or the brake sensor is faulty. Possibly disconnected. Out of adjustment possibly?

Not sure what E01-00 is referring to.

I reconnected the brakes again. It looks like the brake rotor is 180 mm which touches the brake pad in the caliper, maybe this is the problem? The manufacturer said the rotor is supposed to be 160 mm.

Your bike came with a display manual. The manual requires you know what model your controller is, as the codes change by controller model. The model of the controller is printed on the back of it.

For my version of the display, E02 error is a "communication error". On my Zeegr S1, the error code for brakes is Error 05.

The first step will be to take some tape and label each side of every press on connection.
Then unplug everything.
Examine the connectors for bent / broken or missing pins.
reconnect everything (which you labelled so it should be a snap). Pay close attention to the alignment arrows on the connectors when pressing them back together. Don't forget the connections in the black plastic box down near the crank set.

I have a Zeeger S1, it has worked out well for me. But then, I am atypically handy with electrical and other things.

I agree, I think this is the controller issue. I looked for the manual more than 500 times after the bike's arrival. I don't freakin understand a brand-new model is dysfunctional. It's a wreck. The ODO is 1.4 miles now, and now I wonder who made it even after 1.4 miles. Can't believe I paid 1500 and had to do an electric job just after I just bought it.
