Please help me. I want to build a battery. I bought the book. I can't figure it out.

I absolutely can't figure out how to layout a 48-52v li-ion battery with the BMS. I am attaching the same file in multiple formats. And I am attaching the link to google drive so anyone can edit my idiotic layout with google drawings. If you are willing please provide information as though I am in 5th grade. Thank you so much I have spent 3 hours so far.
