Pedal lights wanted for Aventon

Does anyone have any recommendation for pedal led lights for Aventure preferably without changing pedals?

Are you looking for just the LED lighting or the whole pedal would do?

I looked and didnt see much except for the actual lighted pedals..

Whatever is cheaper. I think having a cross spectrum of lights, pedals and tailights will be more visible to following motorists.
