PAS install AW Front Wheel 48V/1000W

Note: I’m a novice builder my first build was an Ebikeling 36V/750w rear all went well. This my 2nd build.

After putting on the PAS sensor and pedal arm there is no threads to attach the axle nut. See pics Reference old Peugeot frame.
My only thought is to grind off in inner boss on the pedal arm. Or maybe a different style sensor but are they compatible with my controller. Thanks for ideas

It looks like you have the PAS sensor on backward, the smooth side should be facing out. Either way, it won't change your spacing issue. I believe the sensor is better suited to a crankset with an inset for the PAS to fit into.

You might want to look at the KT-D12 PAS as an alternative. If the KT-V12L works with your controller, this one will as well, just make sure you order one with the correct end connector.
