Hello Are there any Orbea service stores dealers in the mid Atlantic region who can update the software on a Gain 31 with an X35 motor, replace the battery and generally maintain the bike? Thank you

Hi, the internet mentions Conte's Bike Shop as an Orbea seller with repair services. They also mention REI and you have a flagship store in your area. In my experience they keep their staff very well trained and that would be my choice.

Thank you. Conte’s used to work with Orbea but no longer- I go to them with the bike for all things non electrical. REI is a good idea. Thanks again
