Orbea Gain D30 issue

I’ve been around the forum and have seen some posts about this issue which have some time now, and have not been updated (at least the ones I’ve found), so pardon me if this is already answered before.

My wife’s Orbea Gain D30 2020 has suddenly stopped to turn on.

The day before it was all ok, it charged that day, but then she went to go to work and the iWok button simply don’t turn on.

The X35 App shows a 90% charger with only 3 kms of autonomy (as you can see on the screenshot) which is very weird.

Can someone help me with this issue please?

The EBR forums have some posts regarding this but then they run off in random directions. I think you need to get in touch with Orbea and let them know of the issue. It is occurring often enough that they should take responsibility. It may be a firmware update problem that can be fixed. The common denominator is that they all sit at 90%. Orbea is suppose to have good tech support, now is the time to let them prove it.
