No acceleration

Just got a new Lectric 3.0. It has no torque or acceleration in PAS1. Will not accelerate while pedaling. PAS 2-5 or fine.
Any ideas to solve would be appreciated.

I imagine you might have to do some program changes in the display.

I’ve already been in contact with Lectric. Reprogramming already done. No different results. I’m thinking bad throttle. Still waiting to hear back.
